We hope you’ll love your new floor as much as we do! But in the unlikely event that you’re not happy or if you have any leftover packs, our 30-day hassle free returns policy is here to save the day.
We won’t make you jump through hoops to return your flooring either. Simply complete our handy returns form and send your packs back to us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund you, provided everything’s still in tip-top condition!

We’re confident that you’ll adore your new floor, but in the unlikely event that you’re not happy with the product or if you’ve got unopened packs leftover after a project, we’ll happily accept a return.
You’ll have 30 days from the day your flooring arrives to return it to us. Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging.
